(Appleton, Wis.) — Due to the snowstorm, all Affinity Medical Group clinics will close at 3 p.m. today. All Affinity Medical Group Urgent Care locations will close at 5 p.m. today. Our staff are contacting all patients remaining on clinic schedules to inform them of the closure.
