Language barriers or hearing problems shouldn’t stand in the way of understanding exactly what’s going on with your health care. In order to communicate effectively and accurately with all of our patients, we provide interpreter services at no cost to patients who do not speak English or who are deaf.
Interpreter services are available at any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for any healthcare interaction. This can include but is not limited to:
Clinic and home visits, and telephone consults
Hospital admission, discharge, or outpatient appointments
Before, during and after tests, treatments or surgeries
During any emergency or life-threatening care
