Meet Our Preceptors

  Jeanne Gast-Jenquin, Pharm D, BCPS is a Supervisor Pharmacy Clinical Coordinator at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in Appleton, WI. Jeanne graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Pharmacy and received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from University of Florida. She received her Board Certification in Pharmacotherapy in 2002 while working at the University of Utah as an ICU clinical pharmacist. She has since had clinical and leadership roles in both acute and ambulatory care settings. Jeanne will be precepting the Emergency Medicine Rotation, and co-precepting the NICU/ Women’s and Family Health Residency Rotation. Her professional interests include emergency medicine, internal medicine and neonatal care.
  Paul Jansma, PharmD is a clinical staff pharmacist at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Appleton, WI. He received his Doctor of Pharmacy from Midwestern University Chicago College of Pharmacy in 2012. Paul is involved in the residency program where he is a lead preceptor for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)/Women's & Family Health elective rotation and is also a secondary preceptor for the longitudinal Nutrition Rotation. His interests include neonatology, pediatrics, women's health, and critical care.
  Wylie Lom, PharmD is a clinical staff pharmacist at St. Elizabeth Hospital who will be precepting the Infectious Disease Rotation. He obtained his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Pharmacy in 2002. His professional interests include specialty infusion therapies and infectious disease.
  Jess Mangold, PharmD is a clinical staff pharmacist at St. Elizabeth Hospital who will be precepting the Informatics Rotation. He received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Montana in 2000. His professional interests include health care informatics and software development.
  Sarah Nackers, PharmD, BCPS is a clinical staff pharmacist at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in Appleton, WI. She completed a dual degree program in 2010 where she received a Doctorate in Pharmacy and a Masters degree in Clinical Research from Campbell University, NC. Sarah is involved in the residency program where she is a lead clinical preceptor for the Cardiology Rotation and secondary preceptor for the Psychiatry Rotation. Sarah’s interests also included being an active member of the multi-disciplinary Readmission Reduction team at St. Elizabeth’s.
  Kristen Rau, PharmD, BCPS is a clinical staff pharmacist at St. Elizabeth Hospital who will be precepting the Critical Care Rotation and co-precepting the General Medicine Rotation. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Pharmacy in 2007 and her Board Certification in Pharmacotherapy in 2013. Her professional interests include critical care and cardiology.
  Annette Siedschlag, RPh, Supervisor Pharmacy Clinical Coordinator at St. Elizabeth Hospital is a graduate of UW School of Pharmacy. She is the PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency Director and site director for pharmacy school practice experiences. Annette will serve as preceptor for the Medication Safety and Drug utilization / Formulary Management Rotation, as well as co-precept Pharmacy Practice Management and the orientation sessions. Her duties include development of pharmacy policies, serving on medical staff committees including P&T and medication safety, staff education, and the expansion of clinical pharmacy services. She is the chair of a 15 hospital system Pharmacy Clinical Council. Special areas of interest include medication safety, critical care and process improvement.
  Natalie Weber, PharmD, BCPS is a clinical staff pharmacist at St. Elizabeth Hospital and is the residency coordinator for the PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency Program. She will also be precepting the General Medicine Rotation and co-precepting the Orientation, Critical Care, and Staffing experiences. Natalie obtained her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Midwestern University Chicago College of Pharmacy in 2011 and obtained her Board Certification in Pharmacotherapy in 2014. Her professional interests include internal medicine, critical care, cardiology, and infectious disease.
  Michael Scott, RPh is a clinical staff pharmacist at St Elizabeth hospital. He will be a preceptor for the anticoagulation longitudinal rotation. He graduated from the University of Utah College of Pharmacy in 1989 and also received certificate in anticoagulation therapy from the University of Southern Indiana. He has worked in outpatient anticoagulation clinics for 6 years prior to working at St Elizabeth Hospital. His professional interests are anticoagulation therapy, cardiology and intensive care pharmacy.
