Caring for you from diagnosis through treatment and recovery
There are many different types of surgery. At Affinity, we have experts in:
Our general surgeons are trained to diagnose, treat and manage patients with a broad range of surgical conditions affecting almost any area of the body. In addition, our general surgeons manage trauma victims and critically ill patients.
Vascular surgery encompasses surgical care for patients with diseases that affect the arteries, veins and lymphatic systems (not including the heart and brain). Blocked or hardening arteries or atherosclerosis is the most common cause of vascular disease. Our surgeons with vascular training treat problems such as stroke prevention due to blocked arteries, poor circulation in the limbs, vascular trauma and varicose veins. Our surgeons are board-certified in general surgery and have completed additional training and testing in vascular surgery.
