Lawrence R. Donatelle, MD, was named vice president of medical affairs for St. Elizabeth Hospital in June 2008. In August 2010, Dr. Donatelle was named the senior director for Affinity Health System Behavioral Health Services and became a member of the Affinity Senior Executive Team.

Dr. Donatellle is originally from Edina, Minnesota. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of North Dakota and graduated from the University of North Dakota School of Medicine in 1982. He did his residency at the University of Wisconsin Fox Valley Family Medicine Residency training program in Appleton from 1982-1985.

Dr. Donatelle joined the Medical Arts Clinic in 1985, which evolved into the LaSalle Clinic and is now the current Affinity Health System. Dr. Donatelle was in the family medicine practice until August 2010, when he transitioned to a full-time administrative medicine career.

Dr. Donatelle has participated in various leadership positions during his career, including the board of directors for both the Medical Arts and LaSalle clinics, the Strategic Planning Board of Affinity Health System, the Physician Governance Committee of Affinity Medical Group and Lead Physician for Affinity Medical Group Airport Road location.

Dr. Donatelle currently resides in Appleton, with his wife Kathleen.
