Sheila Jenkins
President, Network Health Plan
Sheila Jenkins became president of Network Health Plan in 2002. The health plan is a division of Affinity Health System and provides a suite of comprehensive health insurance products to more than 120,000 residents of Northeast Wisconsin. Jenkins guides Network's strategic initiatives and performance, leading the organization to be ranked in the nation's top 50 health plans.
Jenkins is a certified public accountant and has more than 25 years of experience in health care administration. Most recently, she served as senior vice president of business development, marketing and planning for Affinity Health System, a role she assumed in 1999. Prior to joining Affinity, Jenkins served as senior vice president of finance at Humility of Mary Health Partners in Youngstown, Ohio, a large, integrated health delivery network.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Marietta College and received her certified public accountant license in 1980.
Personally committed to improving the health and well-being of area residents, Jenkins plays an active role in Future Neenah, Neenah Rotary, Wisconsin Association of Health Plans, Health Plan Alliance and Wisconsin Statewide Health Information Network.
