Thomas Veeser

Chief Nursing Officer

Tom_Veeser.jpgThomas Veeser, chief nursing officer for Affinity Health System since 2003, ensures standardized nursing processes, policies and environment of all Affinity Medical Group clinics, Calumet Medical Center in Chilton, Mercy Medical Center in Oshkosh, and St. Elizabeth Hospital in Appleton by using a Working System Shared Governance structure.  Since 2007, Veeser has also provided Vice President of Patient Care Services leadership to St. Elizabeth Hospital in Appleton.

From 2002 to 2003, Veeser served as director of the Affinity Health System Heart & Lung Center. Before moving to the Fox Valley in 2002, Veeser served as clinical nurse manager and director of patient care services for OSF Saint Anthony Medical Center in Rockford, Illinois.

Veeser received his licensed practice nurse certification from Bay de Noc Community College in Escanaba, Michigan; his associate degree in nursing from Lake Superior State University in Sault Ste. Marie, MIchigan; his bachelor’s degree from Northern Michigan University in Marquette, Michigan.; and his master's degree in nursing from Northern Illinois University in Dekalb, Illinois.
