Calumet Medical Center Volunteer Scholarship Program
Calumet Medical Center Auxiliary provides annual scholarships to individuals pursuing a degree in a health care field. Scholarship money is derived from the Auxiliary’s Remembrance Fund, where the annual amount of money raised varies. Each scholarship winner will receive a minimum of $150 and maximum of $300 dependent upon available funds. Six scholarships are awarded annually - three scholarships are awarded to current high school seniors entering either a two- or four-year post-secondary school, and another three scholarships are awarded to an individual entering their second, third or fourth year of post-secondary school.
Criteria for application/eligibility
- Must be a resident of the Calumet Medical Center service area – Brillion, Chilton, Hilbert, Kiel, New Holstein, Stockbridge, or Valders
- Pursuing a post-secondary degree in a health care field
- Minimal GPA of 3.0
- Completion of application, essay and submission of transcript by April 15
- Have not in the past received a Calumet Medical Center Auxiliary Scholarship
Process of Selection
All applications will be reviewed by the Calumet Medical Center Auxiliary Board and awardees will be chosen by May 15. All applicants will receive notification of their scholarship award status. Checks will be made payable directly to school of attendance and mailed in early September.

Scholarship winner and their parents' names will be printed in local papers.
