To facilitate timely delivery of your message, please be sure to provide the patient's first and last name as well as hospital room number, if known. The Mercy Medical Center volunteer staff will be happy to hand-deliver your message during their regularly scheduled hours of Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 8 p.m., and Saturday - Sunday, 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. If you need to reach a patient immediately, please call the patient's room or the nurses station. A patient’s telephone number is (920) 223 + three-digit room number + bed number (1 or 2).Please note: Electronic messages will not be delivered to patients who have requested no visitors or mail.
