Childbirth Education
In these classes, you will learn about your pregnancy and baby's birth as well as techniques to use during labor including relaxation and breathing. You will also be given a tour of the Birthplace (OB) unit. Plan on attending these classes during your seventh or eighth month of pregnancy. Choose from a four-week, three-week, or express series.
