Infant Care Class
Prospective parents can learn about newborn appearance and behavior, complicated deliveries and what to expect, postpartum issues, keeping baby well, dealing with sick babies, and risk factors. Hands-on stations help parents practice changing a diaper, taking a rectal temperature, bathing a baby, and using a car seat correctly. The class is taught by an Affinity Health System pediatrician and Lifespan RN. Fee.
