Hunter Safety

Learn safe hunting and shooting practices, the rules of firearm safety, correct shooting positions, ammunition identification and basic survival.  The objective of this course is to reduce the potential for hunting accidents and injuries; to reduce the potential for conflict between hunters and landowners; and to promote responsible use of the environment.  This course is required for all Wisconsin resident hunters born after Jan. 1, 1973, and for all non-resident hunters.  Fee.
