Please park in the parking lot off of Memorial Drive.Since 1956, Calumet Medical Center has been serving the communities of Calumet County and surrounding areas, reaching into Fond du Lac, Manitowoc and Sheboygan counties. It is the only hospital in Calumet County. The Affinity Medical Group Chilton clinic and The Children's Center daycare and preschool are also conveniently located on the Calumet Medical Center campus. Visiting Hours
To ensure the comfort of all hospital patients, please limit visitors to four or fewer at one time. Medical/Surgical visiting hours are 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily. Children younger than 14 may visit when accompanied by an adult. Pediatrics visiting hours are 11 a.m. – 8 p.m. daily. Parents may visit anytime; they are also encouraged to stay overnight.
