OSHKOSH, Wis. – The Affinity Occupational health Clinic in Oshkosh is moving Oct. 1 to the Affinity Medical Group clinic at 1855 S. Koeller St.
The new location offers businesses the same high-quality occupational health services that they’ve come to expect, convenient access off of U.S. Highway 41, and is conveniently located with Affinity Urgent Care. Along with the move, the phone number for Occupational Health in Oshkosh is changing to 223-7075
