MENASHA, Wis. – Affinity Medical Group Lincoln Street Clinic welcomes into practice Stephen Cruz, MD. Dr. Cruz previously practiced as an urgent care doctor at the Affinity Medical Group Richmond Street and Koeller Street clinics. Cruz, a family practice physician, provides care to newborns, adolescents and adults. He has special interest in building relationships with people of all ages to provide personalized, long-term care.

Cruz earned his medical degree from Loyola Stritch School of Medicine in Maywood, Ill. He served his internal medical internship at the Naval Medical Center in Portsmouth, Va., and served his residency at Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton in Oceanside, Calif.
