OSHKOSH, Wis. - Frank Yamout, MHA, RDMS, RDCS, RVT, technical director of the Echocardiography Laboratory at Mercy Medical Center, has received an additional Registry in Pediatric Echocardiography from the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS). There are only four other sonographers in the entire state of Wisconsin with similar registries held by Mr. Yamout.
“Yamout’s registry means that children in Oshkosh can stay in the area and still have high quality care by a registered pediatric ultrasound sonographer,” said Mike Binder, manager of radiology, Mercy Medical Center. “We are now able to provide further convenience to patients, demonstrating that quality of health care services is a top priority at Mercy Medical Center.”
Besides Yamout’s registry, Mercy Medical Center echocardiography laboratory received accreditation from the Intersociatal Commission for the Accreditation of Echocardiography Laboratories (ICAEL), a prestigious accreditation organization.
