MENASHA, Wis. –Network Health Plan, working with SynergyHealth in West Bend, is expanding the number of health care providers available to Network Health Plan members who work in Fond du Lac County and live in and around Washington County.
“We’re growing our provider panel to give Network Health Plan members in Fond du Lac and Washington counties more choices, more locations and better access to physicians, hospitals and medical care,” said Richard Bond, vice president of Sales for Network Health Plan.
SynergyHealth is a regional health system serving communities of Washington County, and it includes St. Joseph’s Hospital, an independent, non-profit community hospital serving the greater Washington County community since 1930. St. Joseph’s Hospital is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations.
Additionally, SynergyHealth includes the West Bend Clinic, with more than 70 physicians on staff that provides comprehensive primary care and specialty services for patients in West Bend, Hartford, Jackson and Kewaskum.
“We’re pleased to be able to bring into the Network Health Plan provider network the quality physicians and health care facilities that SynergyHealth offers,” Bond said.
Network Health Plan, based in Menasha, is a regional health care organization that provides services to 80,000 members of 1,400 employer groups throughout Northeast Wisconsin. In October, it was rated for the third consecutive year as one of the best health plans in the nation in terms of customer satisfaction and clinical performance by U.S. News&World Report/National Committee for Quality Assurance.
