MENASHA, Wis. –Network Health Plan, working with SynergyHealth in West Bend, is expanding the number of health care providers available to Network Health Plan members who work in Fond du Lac County and live in and around Washington County.
“We’re growing our provider panel to give Network Health Plan members in Fond du Lac and Washington counties more choices, more locations and better access to physicians, hospitals and medical care,” said Richard Bond, vice president of Sales for Network Health Plan.
SynergyHealth is a regional health system serving communities of Washington County, and it includes St. Joseph’s Hospital, an independent, non-profit community hospital serving the greater Washington County community since 1930. “We’re pleased to be able to bring into the Network Health Plan provider network the quality physicians and health care facilities that SynergyHealth offers,” Bond said.
