MENASHA, Wis. - Affinity Medical Group welcomes to Oshkosh clinics:

Francisco Zornosa, MD - Affinity Medical Group, Mercy Oakwood
Affinity Medical Group welcomes into practice Francisco Zornosa, MD at the Mercy Oakwood clinic, 2700 S. Ninth Ave., Oshkosh, Wis. Dr. Zornosa provides personalized internal medicine care to adults with medical needs. He is board certified in internal medicine. Dr. Zornosa has a special interest in the management of complex hypertension and patients who have had kidney issues, transplants and electrolyte disorders.

Dr. Zornosa earned his medical degree at the University of Valle in Colombia. He served his internal medicine residency training at the University of Illinois in Chicago. He also completed a fellowship in nephrology at the University of Illinois.
 
Cari Bollweg, DO - Affinity Medical Group, Koeller Street
Affinity Medical Group welcomes into practice Cari Bollweg, DO at the Koeller Street clinic, 1855 S. Koeller St., Oshkosh, Wis. Dr. Bollweg provides personalized primary care to individuals and families, including adolescents. She is board certified in family medicine. Dr. Bollweg has a special interest in neuromusculoskeletal medicine/osteopathic manipulative medicine.

Dr. Bollweg earned her medical degree at the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. She served her family medicine residency at the School of Osteopathic Medicine in Stratford, N.J.

Sam Hofman, MD - Affinity Medical Group, Koeller Street
Affinity Medical Group welcomes into practice Sam Hofman, MD at the Koeller Street clinic, 1855 S. Koeller St., Oshkosh, Wis. Dr. Hofman provides care to newborns, children and adolescents, including well child visits and sports physicals. He also treats acute and chronic illness.

Dr. Hofman earned his medical degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He served his residency at Lutheran General Children’s Hospital in Park Ridge, Ill.

Karl Larson, MD - Affinity Medical Group, Jackson Street
Affinity Medical Group welcomes into practice Karl Larson, MD at the Jackson Street clinic, 2725 Jackson St., Oshkosh, Wis. Dr. Larson provides personalized primary care to adults. He is board certified by the American Academy of Family Medicine. Dr. Larson has a special interest in exercise physiology, asthma, allergies and metabolic syndrome.

Dr. Larson earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee. He served his residency at the Rockford Medical Education Foundation in Rockford, Ill.
