OSHKOSH, Wis.- Affinity Health System welcomes two new providers into practice.
JaChan Callon, MD
Affinity Medical Group welcomes JaChan Callon, MD into practice. Callon, a hospitalist, provides personalized care to patients at Mercy Medical Center in Oshkosh. She specializes in caring for patients of all ages in the hospital setting.
Callon earned her medical degree from the University of Illinois College of Medicine. She served her residency at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, Ill.
Pat Jones-Cooper, RN, BSN, FNP-BC
Mercy Medical Center welcomes into practice Pat Jones-Cooper, RN, BSN, FNP-BC. Jones-Cooper is an ANCC board-certified nurse practitioner specializing in oncology for Affinity Medical Group at the Michael D. Wachtel Cancer Center at Mercy Medical Center. Jones-Cooper has a special interest in treating patients with breast, head, neck and lung cancer.
Jones-Cooper earned her master's degree from Concordia University.
