MENASHA, Wis. - Affinity Medical Group welcomes Brieanna Perock, PA-C, into practice at Little Chute-Patriot Drive Clinic (200 Patriot Drive). Perock provides comprehensive primary care to individuals and families, with a special interest in pediatrics and women’s health. She manages chronic conditions and educates patients on healthy lifestyle choices and treatment options.
Perock attended St. Norbert College in De Pere, Wis., and earned her master’s of medical science degree from Midwestern University in Downers Grove, Ill.
