St. Elizabeth Hospital Volunteers donate $100,000 the St. Elizabeth Hospital Capital Contingency Fund

APPLETON, Wis. - The St. Elizabeth Hospital Volunteers, which is made up of 408 individuals, has made a donation of $100,000 to the St. Elizabeth Hospital Capital Contingency Fund. Marian Meyer, St. Elizabeth Hospital Volunteers president, presented the check to Travis Andersen, St. Elizabeth Hospital president during the Annual Volunteer Recognition Banquet.

“This is an extremely generous donation from the St. Elizabeth Hospital volunteers. Our volunteers continuously show their commitment to this hospital through the hours they spend volunteering  and by giving back financially,” said Andersen. “The volunteers make a tremendous contribution to our patients and we rely on them everyday as part of the team to deliver our promise of personalized care to patients."   

Money for the donation was raised through various fundraisers and through the gift shop.
