Through Affinity’s physician-referred Worker Rehab program, employees receive personalized care tailored to their work functions and health needs. Our team includes:
- doctors with experience in industrial rehabilitation and occupational health
- occupational and physical therapists
- vocational rehabilitation counselors
- psychologists
- exercise physiologists
Our Workers Rehab program is certified by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).
