About Our Opportunity

Affinity Medical Group is currently seeking a palliative care physician for our established collaborative Palliative Care program. Qualifications include:

  • BC/BE in Hospice and Palliative Care and Family Medicine or Internal Medicine as primary specialty
  • Great communication skills and willingness to provide some non-malignant pain consultations
  • Possess an interest in working with patients who are chronically or terminally ill as well as their families regarding goal setting, advance care planning, symptom management and end-of-life care.
