Colorectal Cancer
Colorectal cancer (cancer of the colon or rectum) is the second leading cause of cancer-related deaths in men and women in the United States.
Advanced screening tests available through the Cancer Centers at Affinity Health System can lead to early detection of pre-cancerous growths, or polyps, before they become cancerous. Colorectal cancers detected early not only respond best to treatment, but also have much higher survival rates. The Cancer Centers at Affinity Health System offer diagnostic services including colonoscopy and hemocult tests in Appleton and Oshkosh.
