The Affinity Workers’ Rehabilitation Program helps injured employees return to work as soon as safely possible. The Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) certified our program, which offers a team approach to rehabilitation:
- doctors with experience in industrial rehabilitation and occupational health
- occupational and physical therapists
- vocational rehabilitation counselors
- psychologists
- exercise physiologists
