Outpatient Rehabilitation
Affinity offers Rehabilitation services on an outpatient basis for patients who do not require inpatient care. Our staff works with each patient to establish a personalized treatment plan, helping people reach the highest possible level of function. Education and home programs are an integral part of the plan.
We provide:
- physical therapy
- occupational therapy
- speech-language pathology
- rehabilitation psychology.
Many of our experienced staff have been trained and certified to perform specialized treatments. In addition, we have a variety of services to address special rehabilitative needs, including:
- pediatric rehabilitation
- arthritis/rheumatology treatment
- pain management
- hand rehabilitation
- spine care
- workers' rehabilitation
- biofeedback
- temporomandibular joint care
- continence control (Pelvic Floor Health Clinic)
- cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation
- lymphedema management
- vestibular/balance rehabilitation.
If you require multiple therapies or services, we can coordinate your services to provide a team approach to your care on a schedule that's convenient for you.
