Online training to access patient health information
Meditech is the health care information system used by Affinity Health System in our three hospitals and our network of clinics throughout northeast Wisconsin.
Consistent with our mission and to provide basic instruction to providers, we have created some online learning modules for authorized users with access to our Meditech system to view our system and utilize our resources to care for our mutual patients for continuity of care. We hope the modules will help you in providing seamless care for our mutual patients.
In order to access Meditech remotely, users must request and be granted access. To request access you must read the policy, complete and submit the online form http://www.affinityhealth.org/object/secreq-www.html
Users must also have Citrix on their computer and basic computer requirements including a high speed internet connection for viewing radiology images, if needed.
