Commitment to Health Care Professionals
As a health care professional, you’re dedicated to a greater mission – the health and wellness of your community. Affinity Health System recognizes that commitment, and understands our role in supporting and developing your career.
The Affinity Team
Affinity Health System unites 250 doctors, 26 clinics, three hospitals and an insurance plan in Northeast Wisconsin. We’re able to pioneer new health care techniques and services because of our broad reach and open communication among departments and staff.
We Invest in You
We offer a working environment to fit the personal and professional needs of nurses, physicians, managers and other health care professionals. Our low turnover and generous benefits are among the many reasons Affinity attracts high-quality employees.
Affinity offers excellent benefits, including health, dental, disability and life insurance for full-time and part-time employees. We also have an attractive paid time off policy, as well as tax-sheltered annuity and retirement plans.
Although many health care organizations are cutting continuing education benefits, Affinity continues to increase our commitment to lifelong learning among our employees through tuition reimbursement, management training and other educational programs. Our Nurses for the Future program offers employees financial support toward a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse degree.
We understand that access to the latest health care technology is important to health care professionals. Affinity provides our employees with state-of-the art equipment. Our diagnostics resources include magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), computed tomography (CT), positron emission tomography (PET), combined PET/CT technology, intraoperative MRI and Stealth Station technology. We were the first in the area to install an R2 Checker, which lets radiologists identify mammogram features that prompt a second review.
