All fundraisers are sponsored by the Mercy Medical Center Auxiliary. Proceeds fund hospital and community health care programs.
All sales are open to the public and held at Mercy Medical Center.

PRN Uniform Sales

Sales are located in Conference Room B from 7 a.m. – 3:30 pm.

Books Are Fun Book Sale

Sale will be located in the main lobby hallway by the Gift Shop. Hours are from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. on the first day of sale and 8 a.m. – 3 p.m. on the second. We have a wonderful selection of books (many hard cover) and gifts up to 70 percent off retail prices. Major credit cards, checks, cash, and Affinity Health System payroll deduction accepted.
12 Month Calendar Raffle
Tickets are available for purchase April 1 – May 31.
Every month, there will be three $100 winners drawn starting June 1, 2009 through May 31, 2010. Calendar entry forms are available in the Mercy Gift Shop or Volunteer Services office. Only $20 enters you in the drawing for the entire year!
Dimples Jewelry Sale
Thursday, April 23 and Friday, April 24
Sale will be located in the main lobby hallway by the Gift Shop. Hours are from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. on the first day of sale and 7 a.m. – 4 p.m. on the second day. Dimples is a direct importer of earrings, pendants, rings, bracelets and other jewelry, specializing in silver. Major credit cards, checks, cash and Affinity Health System payroll deduction will be accepted.
Annual Geranium Sale
Wednesday, May 13 and Thursday, May 14
Place your order by May 12, completing the order form available in the Mercy Gift Shop or in the Volunteer Services office. Pick up items on May 13 and 14 between 10 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. in the Mercy parking lot corner on Ninth Street and Oakwood Road. A beautiful variety of geraniums and greens in assorted colors and at reasonable prices are available. Make checks payable to MMCA Geranium Sale.
Cookbook
A cookbook to celebrate the history of volunteerism at Mercy Medical Center and to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Mercy Medical Center Auxiliary is available for $15 in the Mercy Gift Shop. The flavorful edition features the favorite recipes of Mercy volunteers and auxilians along with photos and remembrances of volunteer history. Only a few left, so get yours today!

South Bend Chocolate Company Sale
Thursday, Nov. 19 and Friday, Nov. 20
Sale is located in the main lobby hallway by the Gift Shop. Hours are Thursday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. and Friday 7 a.m. – 4 p.m. Quality chocolates are reasonably priced and available in bulk. Sugar-free chocolates are also available. If something looks good, feel free to ask for a sample! Major credit cards, personal checks, cash and Affinity Health System payroll deduction are accepted. Coupons worth $1 off per pound will be available.
Entertainment Book
Entertainment 2010 – gift giving made easy!

Sale is located in the Mercy Medical Center Gift Shop and hours are from 7 a.m. - 8 p.m. both days. Enjoy a 20 percent discount on all gift items (does not include greeting cards, candy, books, balloons or florals). Free goodies baked by our auxilians and free coffee. Lovely door prizes!
Volunteer and Employee Bake Sale
Friday, Dec. 4
Sale is located just inside the cafeteria. Hours are from 8 a.m. until goods are sold. All proceeds will benefit the Affinity Employee Emergency Life Crisis Fund. Volunteers and employees may bring their baked goods ready for sale to the Volunteer Services area on Thursday, Dec. 3 or early on Friday, Dec. 4.
