Biography

Dr. Al-Nouri is board-certified in internal medicine with a sub-specialty of cardiovascular disease. He earned his medical degree from Damascus University School of Medicine in Damascus, Syria. He served his medical residency at the Medical College of Ohio in Toledo, Ohio, and served his cardiology fellowship at the University of Chicago in Chicago, Ill. Dr. Al-Nouri was Assistant Professor of Medicine (cardiology) at the University of Chicago, Ill from 1975 - 1978. He was Assistant Professor of Medicine (cardiology) and Director of the Fellowship Program at Mount Sinai Hospital, Milwaukee, Wis., from 1978 - 1982. Dr. Al-Nouri has practiced cardiology at Mercy Medical Center, Oshkosh, Wis., since 1982. Dr. Al-Nouri is a member of the American Heart Association, American Society of Echocardiography and fellow of the American College of Cardiology.
