Biography

Patricia Howe-Kasper, MD, provides general care for newborns, children, adolscents and young adults through age 22 (if in college). Board-certified in pediatrics, Dr. Howe-Kasper puts a strong emphasis on preventive care. Dr. Howe-Kasper earned her medical degree from the University of Texas Medical School in Houston. She also completed a residency in pediatrics at Portsmouth Naval Hospital in Portsmouth, Va.
