Biography

Pam Lewis, APNP, provides care for pediatric patients, newborns through 18, with a special interest in adolescents. This includes well child visits, sports, school exams and acute illnesses. She places a strong emphasis on patient education. Ms. Lewis earned her nursing degree from Marian College in Fond du Lac and her master's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. She completed two internships in pediatrics at Affinity Medical Group clinics in Neenah and Ripon.
