Biography

Reid Alexander Sousek, MD, provides comprehensive family medicine care with a special interest in preventive medicine. Dr. Sousek received his medical degree from Loyola University of Chicago Stritch School of Medicine, Maywood, Ill. He completed his family medicine residency from the University of Wisconsin Fox Valley Family Medicine Program in Appleton, Wisc.
