Biography
Dr. Slovick earned her medical degree from Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine, in Maywood, Ill. She completed her residency in family medicine at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics, Madison. Dr. Slovick is board-certified in family medicine and has a strong interest in preventive care. She is pleased to provide personalized Urgent Care services at both the Appleton and Oshkosh clinic locations.
