Biography

Indira Pulakandum, MD, specializes in caring for hospitalized adult patients. She has a special interest in geriatric medicine and subacute care for post-surgery and complex health conditions. Dr. Pulakandum is board-certified in internal medicine and geriatric medicine. She earned her medical degree from Sri Venkateswara in Andhva Pradesh, India and served an internal medicine residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee. She also completed a fellowship in geriatric medicine at Oakwood Medical Center in Dearborn, Mich. Dr. Pulakandum is a member of the American Medical Society, American College of Physicians and the American Geriatrics Society.
