Penny Novitovic, NP attended North Park University in Chicago where she earned a master's degree and brings with her more than 25 years of nursing experience. She has a special interest in internal medicine. I was really interested in transitioning to a specialty," Penny said, who has been a Nurse Practitioner with Affinity since 2008. "I am a scientist at heart and I really like to teach patients. "Penny said she believes it is really important to treat her patients the way she would want to be treated. It's her favorite and the easiest part of her job, she said." I recognize each person as an individual and I try to find what the person is all about and how to best treat them," she said. When Penny isn't working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and dog. She also enjoys reading, gardening and canoeing.
