Biography
Sarah Vande Hey, APNP, provides personalized primary care to families and individuals of all ages, including wellness and preoperative visits. She has a special interest in preventing, diagnosing and managing chronic disease. Sarah earned her master's degree in nursing from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, and her bachelor's degree in nursing from the College of St. Catherine in St. Paul, Minn. She is certified in advanced cardiac life support.
