Biography

Hello, I'm Steve Baughman, an urologist for Affinity Medical Group. Helping my patients improve their quality of life is most important to me. I have a special interest and experience with broad-spectrum urologic care, especially minimally invasive surgical techniques, as well as female urosurgical care, urethral surgery, urinary stone disease, infertility, genitourinary cancer and prosthetic urology. I provide comprehensive urologic care to adults. Dr. Baughman is specially trained to perform robotic surgery, a highly advanced, minimally invasive surgical technique. I earned my biology and pre-medicine degree from Augustana College. I earned my medical degree at the University of Missouri School of Medicine, then matriculated to my surgical residency with the United States Air Force at both Wilford Hall USAF Medical Center and Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas.
Outside of the office I enjoy spending time with family, golf, fitness, and college and professional sports.
