Biography

Leah is a Behavioral Health Care Coordinator for Affinity Medical Group. She has experience working with individuals who are coping with anxiety, depression, anger, trauma and other adjustment difficulties. Leah earned her bachelor's degree in social work from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a certificate in criminal justice, and her master's degree in social work from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. She is a licensed clinical social worker through the state of Wisconsin. Leah is part of the Affinity Medical Home in Chilton and is working in collaboration with on-site providers to offer comprehensive patient care.
