Biography

As a specialist in hospital medicine, Michael Beckett, MD, cares exclusively for hospitalized patients. He has a special interest in pre- and post-surgery care as well as managing multiple complex health conditions.
Dr. Beckett is board-certified in internal medicine. He earned his medical degree from the University of Iowa College of Medicine in Iowa City and completed his residency in internal medicine at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics in Madison, Wisc. Dr. Beckett is a member of the American Medical Association, American College of Physicians and the Society of Hospital Medicine. When he is not seeing patients in the hospital, Dr. Beckett can be found hiking, traveling or reading.
