Biography

 Jamie DeWitt, APNP, provides comprehensive primary care to families and individuals of all ages, including wellness visits, preoperative physicals and managing acute and chronic illness.  She has a special interest getting to know each patient personally and understanding how every aspect of a person’s health connects and affects the whole. 

Jamie earned her master’s degree in nursing from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.  She has extensive experience in cardiology, intensive care and CPR.

Jamie is part of the Affinity Medical Home and is working in collaboration with on-site providers to offer comprehensive patient care.
