Biography

Sara Kolell, APNP, provides personalized primary care to adults, including wellness visits and managing acute and chronic conditions.  She has extensive experience treating patients with cancer and rare blood diseases.  Sara also has a special interest in helping patients make healthy lifestyle choices to prevent disease.

Sara earned her master's degree in nursing from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wis.  She also volunteered as a parish nurse for eight years with her church.

Sara is part of the Affinity Medical Home and collaborates with on-site providers to offer comprehensive patient care.
