Biography

Tina Kohls specializes in evaluating and treating individuals, groups and families with behavioral health issues including depression, anger management, anxiety and abuse.  She has experience working with parents and adolescents coping with behavioral problems at home.

Tina earned her master's degree in social work from Loyola University of Chicago and her bachelor's degree in social work from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.  She is a licensed clinical social worker through the state of Wisconsin.

Tina is part of the Affinity Medical Home and is working in collaboration with on-site providers to offer comprehensive patient care.
