Our cancer teams are nationally recognized for excellent care. Both St. Elizabeth Hospital and Mercy Medical Center were recently awarded with an Outstanding Achievement Award by the American College of Surgeons’ Commission on Cancer. This award acknowledges cancer programs that achieve excellence in providing quality care to patients.
St. Elizabeth is one of a select group of only 79 health care facilities in the U.S., and one of the eight hospitals in Wisconsin with accredited cancer programs, to receive this national honor for surveys performed in 2012.
