“I am humbled by the opportunity to impact a person’s health. I believe surgical care is more than simply fixing a specific problem; I believe in treating the whole person. I frequently address diseases which can be fixed and cured completely. It’s very satisfying to have a positive and immediate effect on a person’s life.”
“In my life, people come first. It’s my obligation to my patients and colleagues. It gives me direction and keeps me motivated.”
When not in the office, Dr. Jacobus enjoys reading, swimming, running and hiking outdoors. These activities allow her to think and reflect so she can provide the best care for her patients.
